Ceresco Tornado Information

Thank you to all our behavioral health volunteers who came out and assisted in a behavioral health response to the tornadoes that passed though Ceresco on June 4, 2008. We are not currently responding to any other county, but will be watching the situation closely. If you have questions or concerns related to response please contact Theresa Gomez at 402-441-4358.

It is our vision to promote collaborative resources for the 16 county Region V area. Look to our site for information on area trainings, cultural and linguistically appropriate services, and information on volunteering to help out with disasters.

Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS)

Region V Systems strives to promote collaborative efforts to ensure that behavioral health and other human services are culturally and linguistically appropriate. This portion of the site will give some basic information about bi-lingual service providers, interpreters and translators.

Disaster Volunteers

Are you a person who likes to help in times of need? Do you genuinely care for others? Can you provide a smile to comfort or a listening ear to someone who needs to be heard?
No one knows when disaster will strike or to what extent the damage will be, but we need to be prepared to assist survivors. Volunteers are critical in providing the support survivors need to get back on track.
